You were beautiful and beautifully spoken:). So confident in who God made you to be. Remind me of Scripture on a couple of points. All authority is given to Jesus (Matt 28: 18), where is it given to us? And I know the curse of sin and death is broken on the cross but I see evidences of the Fall all around me. Until the earth is redeemed, it and all in it will groan and long for that day. Including relationships and the curse there, childbirth and the curse, work and it’s curse, etc…the fall touches everything. So that is the “not yet” part. I thought your explanation of the opposing views was very good as was Christian feminism. I just hope it doesn’t turn militant. I guess I have been around so many wise, Christian women who were listened to by both men and women and there never seemed to be an issue. I recognize your issue about the pulpit. Your inaugural was very well done:)
