I can’t believe it is Christmas day already! The year of 2014 has been a year of exciting transition for Luke and me. We began the year living in Virginia Beach, VA where we have resided since 2010 and are now transitioning back to my hometown in Washington, PA.
Prior to this transition, I served as a Children’s Pastor for the past 2 years and found great joy in working with kids and women. As a result I discovered my passion and decided to resign in hopes of starting a ministry to girls and women. I have began this process by launching this blog in hopes of empowering and encouraging girls and women to follow their dreams, become leaders, and live boldly for God!
Luke is currently with the Art Institute in their financial department. He greatly enjoys working one on one with artistic and interesting students. One great perk of his job has been getting to try delicious baked goods and gourmet foods that the culinary students whip up. Luke has grown to truly care for his students and co-workers and will miss them all when our current transition is official.
Our little Chihuahua, Noella, is just as sleepy, bubbly, and sweet as ever. She is 3 years old and has become such a significant part of our little family. She is our best little friend!
Luke and I hope to grow our family sooner than later and would appreciate your prayers as we move forward in God’s purpose for our lives!
We pray that your Christmas will be merry today and that 2015 will be an extraordinary year!
With Love and Sincerity,
Jory & Luke
